I love reading anything the Paul said. He is so masterful and speaking plainly to people about their falls, but in such a way that he doesn’t tear them down personally, but gives them away of fixing if you will their incorrect thinking so that they can have joy and lovefor the new people, and those who are more childlike in their relationship with God to continue their journey with hope and faith

What came to mind in the first reading today was how we are influenced by the culture and the environment that we live in. And the recognition that once sin isn’t greater or lesser in God’s eyes. The message really continues into the new testament about the need for reconciliation, and it starts with ourselves and those we are connected to. And David and Absalom, and the others they had to live out their lives
