I agree with you. I’m not sure I have gotten much of anything out of Song of Solomon other than it is beautiful to read.

I’m not really getting a whole lot out of the continued readings in song of Solomon, which makes me wonder if I’m missing a spiritual message there that has some application to me and my life. But it is beautiful to read and I think, especially for those who have a romantic partner it is meaningful.

I really like the book of James because he speaks plainly and clearly to the question of why bad things happen where did evil come from And there? It is it’s from imperfect man and our desires. The bad things happen. And earlier that if we’re going to God we will, get our answers kind of in proportion to the amount of faith we have that God will answer our prayers. So doing things that build our faith are critical to being able to endure.
