Our scripture and Philippians is like a compass for me to find my way to God. I love the way it puts things in perspective in such a simple way. If I could go to dinner with someone, I’d like to go with Paul.

Responsibility and accountability. David provides us with another example. I’ve letting imperfect thinking and desires lead us to sending against God. In this case what he did affected so many other people. And dragging someone into another’s death, makes it even worse. Not once does he ask himself what God would think of this. Or we don’t learn that he went to God at all before he did this. He used his free will in a bad way.
