Verse 24 in chapter 16 has totally captivated my attention. I can see that when we are in God‘s presence and acknowledging that Christ has provided this life for us that we won’t need to ask any questions. So I’m thinking we do need to be asking God for all things Now. We need to study and ask in Jesus name what the scriptures are teaching us. Then no matter what is happening we can have joy in our hearts

That king and the people during those days decided to help God’s people because they were faithfully caring out their work, demonstrating their faith, and standing out from the other nations around them. So we see how we need to do our part God will definitely do his part.

The accountant Ezra makes me think of how this king looked and acted favorably towards people. The communication between them seems to be open and honest, and I think about how we pray for the leaders of our country. Now I wonder how God will use people around us
