The reading in Philippians was especially meaningful, because somehow I never realized it was done with rhythm more like a hammer poem. To me, it emphasizes the importance of having a Christlike mind and heart in order to function in this world. I know that I should not feel sorry for myself. Jesus suffered more than I will ever have to in this world. to try my best

Thank you for explaining why is Methodist we respect the Jewish tradition of the meal that they could invite Christian’s to share with them and that would be OK. I look for the meaning in Deuteronomy and I see how it points toward the ultimate salvation through Christ, shows how God will guide us in what kind of traditions and practices, we can do that will help us drive closer to him.
