1st king 17 speaks to me about God providing for us even in times when it looks like there is no hope or we have nothing. I think more about the future with Christ coming at a time when all mankind is going to realize how desperately we need to be saved. Even then not, everyone will respond and turn to God. Hopefully those we love will be like the widow and rely on Gods promises
