I really appreciated your thought and the scripture in Matthew about advocating. We need to advocate for ourselves, but we also have the opportunity to advocate for others. And it is absolutely necessary. I have personally seen this in my own life with my daughter. And with my son as a veteran. And with others who were faced with challenges

I do think the words in the scriptures say a lot to me about how God has intended to deal with our faithfulness and our unfaithfulness from the beginning. We have the examples of the ones cited in the scripture. We have God’s absolute decision on how individually we earn our salvation from the standpoint of pleasing him, regardless of our relationship with them because we love them
