Devotion and worship. Reading these words that are reminders of how we should think about one another and ourselves is good and necessary to keep me on track.

1 Co. 1 speaks to a problem that seems to keep coming up since the beginning of time which is people wanting to feel like they’re better in one way or the other than someone else. I love the way. Paul spoke to the disciples in such a direct way. He pointed them right back to Christ, the only one who is deserving of our appreciation

Solomon really shows how to speak of our love for someone that we deeply love. I’m glad that the Bible includes expressions of love between a man and a woman. it puts it in an appropriate perspective and acknowledges that we were created to have those feelings. The church at times may try to go beyond and tell others how or what they should do. Thank God we have all of the scriptures to help us individually do what is best for ourselves
